Service Department- I had an appointment to get a recalled airbag replaced in my Honda Insight. I asked if they could change my oil too if they had time. I only had an hour to spare and heard that changing the airbag took that long..and they were pretty busy. I waited in their lounge and an hour later I was done and out! They replaced my airbag, changed my oil, refreshed my tires, AND swapped out the recalled battery I had that I didn't even know about. Perfect! Only paid $51 which is great because usually my oil changes at Valvoline are at least $60. So I'll definately be coming back!
